Blessed and fortunate and happy and spiritually prosperous (in that state in which the born-again child of God enjoys His favor and salvation) are those who hunger and thirst for righteousness (uprightness and right standing with God), for they shall be completely satisfied!—Matthew 5:6, AMPC
And blessed (happy, to be envied) is she who believed that there would be a fulfillment of the things that were spoken to her from the Lord.–Luke 1:45, AMPC
Never return evil for evil or insult for insult (scolding, tongue-lashing, berating), but on the contrary blessing [praying for their welfare, happiness, and protection, and truly pitying and loving them]. For know that to this you have been called, that you may yourselves inherit a blessing [from God—that you may obtain a blessing as heirs, bringing welfare and happiness and protection].—I Peter 3:9, AMPC
Praise the LORD, He taught me to bless my loved ones years ago. He started by having me choose Scriptures to pray over my daughter when she was born. I had her dedicated to the LORD on Mother’s Day at churchwhen she was just three months old. The LORD had led me to a set of Scriptures that I prayed over her, and which the preacher read out loud over her at the dedication.
