Lastly, hold onto hope. Even when it feels like you’re surrounded by darkness, there is always a glimmer of light somewhere. Keep faith that better days are ahead, and trust that you have the strength and resilience to overcome whatever challenges come your way.

 

When you’re tired and feel like quitting, remember you’re not alone, and there’s hope. Accept how you feel, tackle things one step at a time, ask for help, look after yourself, and stay hopeful. You’re stronger than you think, and better days will come
