Nigerian Gospel Music Pastor, Nat as he is affectionately called was brought into the world in 1978 to a Lagos-based family from Ikot Ofon Ikono in Uyo neighborhood government area of Akwa-Ibom state, South Nigeria. He was naturally introduced to a faithful Christian home with his dad, Mr E Joshua Bassey being a minister in The Biblical Church Bashua Gathering.
Nathaniel Bassey grew up with serious areas of strength for music, especially the Jazz music classification, with any semblance of gospel music symbol, Dr Panam Percy Paul motivating him to give it a preliminary. Presently, Nathaniel Bassey melodies is one of the most famous Nigerian Gospel Tunes. He is a graduate of Politics and International Relations from the University of London.
